Welcome To 2023!

Happy new year! As we proceed into the unchartered territory of a new year, have you reflected upon 2022? How has the Lord shown His grace, by bringing you through trials, challenges and disappointments? In what ways has the Lord shown you His favor? Taking inventory is a healthy exercise, and if you take the time to reflect upon all that Lord has done for you this past year, you will be pleasantly surprised by His goodness and benevolence.

As we now turn our face to 2023, what is the Lord asking of you? The new year is the perfect time to recalibrate your routines, habits and priorities. It’s also an ideal moment to make spiritual resolutions. This year, I am resolved to go to bed earlier, get up earlier, and spend more quality time with the Lord. How about you? How about a new commitment to pray for others, your family, your church and yourself? How about getting more involved in serving at the church with the talents the Lord has given you? How about being more intentional to be a witness for Jesus?

Whatever your spiritual resolutions are, be sure to make your time in God’s Word a daily priority. Whether you seek to read the whole Bible through in 2023, or in 90 days, or desire to read just the New Testament, please check out this link for various Bible reading options.
